Our story

Since 2013, The Repair Shop NYC™ has operated from Austin Street in Forest Hills, Queens — an independent, approved repair center where the person who greets you is often the person who fixes your device. Over twelve years, we've grown from cracked iPhone screens into the shop that fixes everything: Apple devices, Samsung Galaxy phones, tablets of every brand, laptops and desktops (including board-level micro-soldering other shops turn away), and gaming consoles from the PS5 Pro to Game Boys older than some of our customers.
